These terms cover your use of this website, the LITHIK app and the related tools (the “Interface”). By using the Interface you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
What the Interface is
LITHIK is an open metaprotocol: a set of public rules for reading ordinary Solana transactions. The Interface is one way to read and write those transactions. We do not operate the Solana network, we never hold your assets or keys, and we cannot reverse, cancel or change any transaction.
Your wallet and your transactions
- You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys and seed phrase. We will never ask for them.
- Every deposit is a blockchain transaction that you review and sign in your own wallet. Transactions are final and fees are not refundable, including for deposits that the protocol rules treat as invalid.
- Data you write (names, descriptions, attributes, image links) is public and permanent. Do not write personal information, and only reference content you have the right to use.
Prohibited use
Do not use the Interface to break the law, infringe others’ rights, publish unlawful or abusive content, evade sanctions, or interfere with the Interface or the people using it. We may block access to the Interface, but we cannot remove anything from the blockchain.
The $LITK token
$LITK is intended as a utility and governance token for the protocol. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, investment advice, or a promise of value, return or future functionality. Digital assets are volatile and can lose all their value. You may need to check whether holding or using them is lawful where you live.
Third-party services
The Interface relies on services we do not control, such as wallets, RPC providers, block explorers, IPFS/Arweave gateways and font hosting. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
No warranties
The Interface and the protocol are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. They may contain bugs, be unavailable, or show incomplete data while indexing. Use them at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the LITHIK contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of digital assets, arising from your use of the Interface or the protocol.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
